Hand-laminated, all-butter rye pain au chocolat. Layers of light airy pastry wrapped around Fairtrade Peruvian 55% cocoa dark milk chocolate, finished with a light sugar glaze. Made with 15% organic wholemeal dark rye flour and butter from our local dairy, Ballyrashane in Coleraine.
The chocolate and sugar glaze balance perfectly with the wheat and rye pastry for a tasty and wholesome treat that is a perfect accompaniment to your coffee/tea break.
