All-butter viennoiserie, entwined with a cinnamon-spiced brown sugar filling and finished with a clear glaze.  Made with 15% wholemeal dark rye flour.

 

They are especially wonderful when served warm to reawaken the sweet aromas of brown sugar and cinnamon  spice.  A perfect accompaniment to your coffee/tea break.
