A sweet, dual-colour croissant, swirled with a contrasting layer of cocoa-infused dough with 55% dark-milk peruvian chocolate pieces and finished with a light sugar glaze.
Similar to a pain au chocolat, these are entirely hand-made, all-butter croissants with a twist!
