A sweet, dual-colour croissant, swirled with a contrasting layer of cocoa-infused dough with 55% dark-milk peruvian chocolate pieces and finished with a light sugar glaze.

 

Similar to a pain au chocolat, these are entirely hand-made, all-butter croissants with a twist!

Ingredients (allergens: in bold): Organic White Bread Flour (fortified with calcium carbonate, thiamine (vitamin B1), iron, niacin (vitamin B3));  Water;  Milk; Unsalted butter;  Fairtrade caster sugar; Fresh Yeast;  Organic Cocoa Powder;  Fairtrade Peruvian Dark Milk Chocolate 55% cocoa solids (Cocoa Mass*, Sugar, Cocoa Butter*, Whole Cows' Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Vanilla Extract. *Rainforest Alliance Certified™);  Sea salt.
