An authentic recipe from San Sebastian in Northern Spain, this cheesecake has a distinctive deep-caramelised exterior and smooth creamy interior infused with vanilla bean. Traditionally enjoyed as a snack (‘pintxo’) with a glass of sherry or an espresso, it is also suitable as a decadent dessert after a meal.
Sold per slice. Each slice makes a generous portion for one person or could be shared between two.
